Directions Ingredients List: 1. Creamy Coconut French Toast mix (4 oz bag). 2. 12 slices of sandwich bread (approximate weight of 28 g - 30 g per slice of bread). 3. 1 cup whole milk. 4. 2 large eggs (beaten). French Toast Batter Directions: 1. In a small bowl, beat 2 large eggs (set aside). 2. Add 1 cup whole milk into a large mixing bowl. 3. Add french toast mix (entire contents of package) with whole milk and whisk for 10-15 second until smooth. 4. Add beaten eggs to French toast mixture. Whisk mixture for 10-15 seconds until smooth. Option: Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for a bolder vanilla flavor. Cooking Directions: 1. Heat a greased non-stick pan or griddle over a medium heat (vegetable oil spray okay). 2.
