Product 3904 is a premium hot melt glue with high tack, designed for strong, fast-setting bonds in packaging, product assembly, and a wide range of industrial applications. It melts quickly at 320–350°F (160–177°C) and flows smoothly for precise application, then solidifies rapidly to form durable, tacky bonds. Suitable for use in packaging, bookbinding, woodworking, electronics, shoemaking, hygiene products, textiles, labels, and more, this glue offers faster setup times than solvent-based, water-based, or curable adhesives. It remains permanently tacky and can be custom-formulated to adjust the tack level to your needs. Product 3904 has a softening point of 167–203°F (75–95°C), comes in translucent 4" x 4" pillows, and is packaged in 35 lbs cartons with polyethylene lining. It dries quickly upon cooling, and each carton includes hot melt glue pillows.
