Each set includes pre-applied butyl sealant for both the door and the window seals. Installation screws are not included, use #6 flat head x 1-1/2" length. Outside Dimensions: 15-2/3" x 23-3/4". Window Opening: 12" x 21". Glass sold separately. Lifetime Warranty.
